There is a movement to criminalize the use of E Collars in San Francisco and New York.

As responsible dog owners and professional dog trainers, we strongly disagree with this proposed legislation. We do not deserve to have animal abuse charges, fines, jail sentences or forfeiture of our pets. We strongly support dog owners having the right to make the choice in what is best for their dog and safest for their community.
